Stagger times for access to shops and restaurants in summer time: (for all 4 parks)
Similarly, access to the restaurants is easier if you have lunch around 14.00, and the shops are pleasanter to visit before 15.00 and after 18.00
Leaving the Park in your car (for all 4 parks)
In summer it is advisable not to leave the Park in your car immediately after the last afternoon show, since this is when traffic is heaviest at car park exits.
It is much more pleasant to spend another half-hour, for instance at the Naval Museum (Musée de la Marine), rather than in a hot and uncomfortable traffic jam.
Don't leave dogs in vehicles (for all 4 parks)
Canine friends are only permitted within the park if they are officially accompanying a disabled visitor.
There is little shade on the parking areas. Under no circumstances should you leave an animal in your car, even with the window partly open and if you expect to be back within a couple of hours.
Dogs can die within less than an hour if left in vehicles exposed to the sun. Marineland security staff will intervene rapidly if a dog is seen within the car parks and will call the fire brigade and municipal police.
A good time to visit: night openings (for Marineland and Adventure Golf)
Evening visits have several undeniable advantages: the walkways and terraces are cool, there are fewer visitors than during the day, and there is therefore a more relaxed feel, the restaurants and shops are more accessible and the Marineland shows have a very special atmosphere, as they are transformed by sound, light and fireworks
When choosing what time to visit the parks, night openings are well worth considering!
Picnics Picnics are permitted only outside the parks. Picnic areas are available near Adventure Golf.
