Services

Discover all our services and facilities at the Marineland, we will do our best to make your visit a memorable experience.

Tickets can be purchased from the main ticket office outside the entrance to the park, or from your local Carrefour or FNAC ticket agent. You can also buy tickets in advance on the Marineland website, and go straight into the park of your choice on arrival.

Electric scooters are available to hire from the Marineland reception, priced €2 per hour or €12 per day.

It is not possible to reserve scooters in advance. A €200 deposit will be required. It will be returned at the end of the hire period.

In summer, we recommend that you do not try to leave the park by car straight after the last afternoon show finishes: this is when the car park exits are at their busiest. It is much more pleasant to spend half an hour in the Marine Museum, for example, than to spend it in a hot car in a traffic jam!

Lockers priced €5 per day are available for storing motorbike helmets or awkward bags at the Marineland reception.

If your child is lost, please contact the park reception desk. An announcement will be made on the PA system, except during shows.

Take home a unique souvenir of your day: a beautiful portrait, a family group or an attractive photo with an animal taken by our team of professional photographers! Hurry along to the photo kiosk!

Picnics are authorised outside the parks only. Picnic areas are provided near Adventure Golf.

Is your little one feeling weary? Pushchairs are available to hire from the Marineland reception, priced €5 per day. For security reasons, it is not possible to take them onto the tiered seating. A €25 deposit will be required. It will be returned at the end of the hire period.

Men's and Women's toilets are available close to each attraction in all four parks.

Our four-legged friends are only admitted to the park if they are officially assisting a visitor with a disability.
